Communal.  Fully Resourced.  Integration-Led.

A three-day sacred retreat held in community, care, and connection.

The 3-Day Sacred Group Ceremony is Breath of Life Temple’s fully resourced communal retreat experience.  Held in a private Pacific Northwest setting, this intimate journey brings together guided ceremonial work, nourishing meals, somatic practices, bodywork, preparation, and integration within a carefully structured container.

The group setting allows participants to share the resources of a thoughtfully supported retreat while receiving personal attention from experienced facilitators and support staff.

This experience is designed for those who feel called to participate in ceremony within a small, respectful, and consent-centered community.

This is an educational and experiential offering.  It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for licensed professional treatment.

What to Expect

Across three days, you’ll be guided through a structured arc of preparation, ceremonial work, rest, reflection, and integration.

Your experience may include:

- Guided sacred ceremonial work

- Breathwork and meditation

- Somatic awareness and grounding practices

- Reflection and integration exercises

- Nourishing meals and restorative downtime

- Daily support from the facilitation team

- A private ceremonial environment

- Small-group connection and community care

- Optional, consent-based bodywork on Day 2

- Preparation and integration support before and after the retreat

The schedule is intentionally paced to allow space for rest, quiet, nourishment, and personal processing.

Consent and Safety

BoLT’s group ceremonies are built around participant autonomy, clear boundaries, and informed consent.

Before arrival, each participant completes:

- A private consultation and suitability screening

- Health, medication, and contraindication disclosures

- A consent and boundaries orientation

- Participant agreements and community guidelines

- Emergency-contact and support planning

- Preparation for arrival, participation, and return home

Physical touch is never assumed.  Bodywork and supportive contact are optional, clearly explained, and provided only with ongoing consent.  You may change your consent at any time.

The facilitation team maintains clear safety, escalation, and emergency procedures throughout the retreat.
